yes, after lunch at Subway, we went to the platform waiting area to take a look. i found that the chairs inside the waiting area are bit different from other chairs. that's some sort of soft rubber materials and more comfy to sit on. *if no wrong charlie took a photo of those chairs, did you?*
And from what i shared with you all this morning, those comfy chairs are designed for passengers so that they wont get impatient while waiting?
i had some food before we meet , so when u guys buying food , i actually walk to the buffer/link between the train staion and the NEC. besides the colour they using for the interior( as syl mentioned), i also realised that the flooring material is quite interesting, because the buffer is using carpet for the flooring instead of using same materials as the train station(hard tiles) . i guess the it has a few funtions ,it seems to tell ppl that's a changing of area and it also because of the acoustic perposes for the NEC.
We had some lunch- Subway. Charlie is right this is a non place. What sort of person could fill a place like this with life? it was claustrophobic even with the five odd meter ceiling height. All i could hear was stale air being heaved out of peoples lungs, people busily tapping on interactive ticket machines, i looked at the counter "virgin trains". Where are we going? this can't be it?
